We offer help to our customers enabling them to work successfully and
systematically with quality and environmental issues. We train staff at
all levels, conduct environmental reviews, develop auditing systems, and
a lot more. For example, our motivation seminars help our customers to
get through necessary changes. We live along the lines of what we teach
others, which means that our company is certified in accordance with the
requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996. The activity of Ciconia
is also certified in accordance with AFS 2001:1, the Swedish regulation
for occupational health.
The persons employed at Ciconia are the company's most valuable asset. We take great care of our employees to ensure that they are satisfied with their jobs. Mr. Granemark is an agronomist specialised in environmental issues. In addition, he has studied marketing and leadership. Göran is a specialist in agriculture and food production. As a consultant, he has developed easy to use interactive management systems that have been appreciated by Swedish farmers and other SME´s in various sectors of the industry. Besides, his great experience of implementing management systems, Göran has also worked with management and leadership development in SME´s.

Ms. Lindberg is an environmental engineer. As a consultant, she has worked with management systems in firms in the hotel, furniture and property business. She has also worked with environmental auditing, reporting and training. Ellinor has a good knowledge in transport issues and has conducted projects about traffic safety and environmental impact of transport.

Mr. Ekelund received a degree in Agronomy with a major in environmental
and resources economics. Johan has worked as a consultant and with management
and sales for several years. In the consultant role at Ciconia, he has
implemented integrated environmental and quality management systems in
small and large companies. Johan is an appreciated trainer that happily
leads training sessions about environmental issues, internal auditing
and management.
